Rotini Pasta Bake
This was awesome. Everyone had seconds. I used ziti pasta that I had on hand and added more sauce like others suggested and used a pound of ground beef. I also mixed some of the cheese in with the pasta, sauce and meat before putting it in the baking dish. Yum!!

Ultimate Lemon Cake
I will never make this again. The cake stuck to the pan and I am a baker that usually doesn't have this problem. The cake itself was very dry and the lemon taste was just too much. Maybe it was just too sugary. We didn't like how soggy the cake was. Glad other people liked this.

Creamy Chicken Rice and Veggie Bake
I made this recipe because my family likes chicken rice-a-roni. Following the advice of others, I added 2 cups of water and that worked for the rice, but this recipe was just too salty and had an overpowering pepper taste(and I only used 1 tsp pepper!). Just curious about the "veggies" in the title. Definitely some ingredients were left out of this recipe.
