This was great! I followed the recipe, adding a little white pepper to the marinade. I served with white rice and stir fried baby bok choy. My boyfriend and I loved it!

Banana Pudding III

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
This is the easiest and best tasting banana pudding! For a fun variation, I omit the vanilla wafters and use chocolate graham crackers and make "sandwiches" with peanut butter. I break them into squares to layer into dish and follow everything else in recipe. The chocolate and peanut butter go great with the bananas!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
Awesome! Brought this to a cookout and everyone loved it. I made it in a spring form pan and it looked beautiful. Note: make sure your pan doesn't leak! Mine did a little and I lost some butter in the crust. I used a 3oz box of raspberry Jello and a 3oz box of strawberry, and also fresh sliced strawberries. Will make this again for Easter.

Sparkling Punch

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
SO good!!!!!! Made this for my daughter's first bday party. Used a 12oz can of pink lemonade instead of 6oz, but otherwise everything else followed recipe. Didn't need any sugar - perfect as is. This will definitely be my new go to punch recipe! Thanks for sharing.

Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2012
Awesome dish! I made this for dinner tonight and everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe for the sauce, even though I only had one can of pineapple. I just used all the juice and added enough water as recipe states. I also baked meatballs for about 20 minutes, heated with sauce for about 10 minutes, and left out carrot and bell pepper.

Traditional Salisbury Steak

Followed recipe for the most part but added half a pack of Lipton onion soup to beef mixture and other half to gravy. Left out bouillon and mushrooms and served over mashed potatoes. My husband couldn't stop saying how much he loved it! Definitely a keeper, thanks!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Do not change a thing. This is THE BEST CHOCOLATE you will ever make!!!!! Definitely use the satiny chocolate glaze with it. So moist and stays fresh for days, even though it won't last long!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: May 31, 2005
This is the best pot roast we've ever had! I added about 3 cups of vegetables (carrots, celery, and onions) to the bottom of crock pot before placing beef in and served over mashed potatoes. We will make this again, thank you!

Strawberry Pie II

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
This is a great way to use strawberries in the summer! Such an easy recipe and tastes so great. The whipped cream really adds to the pie so don't skip it! I've added some blueberries if I have them around and it has turned out great too.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2008
This soup is so easy to make and it turned out AWESOME!!!!! I fried up 1/2 a pound of chopped bacon first and removed it with a slotted spoon. Then I sauteed the vegetables in the bacon oil until slightly soft before adding the water to bring to boil. I follwed everything else except I topped the soup with the crispy bacon and some chopped green onions before serving. My husband said it was the best soup I've ever made. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
