Spicy Pretzels

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2012
Will make again, these were ate up! However, next time will do as another reviewer suggested and sub garlic powder for garlic salt, I think it would be tastier with less salt.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2012
I can't believe how good and easy this is! Way surprised with the taste compared to simple ingredients. At some reviewers suggestion reduced butter...used 3/4 c and didn't miss it at all!

Summer Corn Salad

So simple, inexpensive, and SUMMERY! This was way better that I expected it to be, very refreshing. I'll be trying to find more ways to use this!

Dill Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
One of the best dressings I've ever had. Follow it to the T - and let it sit one to two days for the best flavor.

Mrs. Baxton's Long Island Iced Tea

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2010
Best one we've ever had! Made my own sweet and sour because didn't have the mix on hand: 2 T lemon juice, 2 T lime juice, 1 c water and 1/3 c sugar...

Green Beans Amandine

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
Very delicious, making again tonight for a second time! Be careful with the lemon juice; I added a bit more because I wanted more of a bite but when they sat for a few minutes it was too much!

Easy Iced Coffee

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
Great, made my first one this morning, may end up tweaking by adding a little more sugar or some hazelnut flavoring...so easy though! McDonalds may suffer a bit since I won't be driving through every morning due to my iced coffee addiction now!

Very refreshing...don't know why mine turned out cloudy and salmon-colored but still tastes good!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
This recipe is so good as is, I cooked for a holiday meal and had several people ask me for the recipe. Please note, it is more like cornbread than corn casserole but it is the best tasting stuff!

Beer Margaritas

Reviewed: May 9, 2007
The best! Used this for Cinco De Mayo get together and I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the hype was true! Not that I don't like it, but you can't taste the beer (or for that matter much tequila- I'm not a huge fan of tequila.) So watch out, these are super tasty but will catch up with you in no time. Perfect!

One-Pot Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2007
I decided to make this because I had pork chops and potatoes on hand. My review is kind of half-hearted however, because I had to make substitutions for the tomato soup and worch. sauce. But it was a good concept, fairly easy and tasted pretty good. Likely will not make again, but good when you need a quick recipe.
