Hot Corn Dip

This has been a staple for parties or get togethers in our home. I also add a small can of green chilis, omit the cilantro, add some shredded cheddar cheese and smoky tabasco sauce. If there's ever any leftovers, which is rare, its a good addition to a burrito the next day.

Artichoke Chicken

This was SO flavorful. I used marinated artichoke hearts instead, and egg noodles as well, and it was one of the best home cooked meals we've had in awhile.

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

best lasagna i've ever had. used 1/2 ricotta and 1/2 cottage cheese. I also used spinach and asiago cheese sauce..mmm. my boyfriend and dad LOVED it!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
