Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

absolutely amazing, exactly what I was looking for when I typed in "soft chocolate chip cookies"! My family loves them and I have done all different variations of the recipe, chocolate pudding with peanut butter chips etc. I followed the advice of other bakers who recommended adding baking powder, more vanilla and salt.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

I thought the onion soup mix made it too salty and the dehydrated onions in the mix burned to a crisp. I've made it twice, using different amounts of the soup mix each time and both times it turned out too salty with burnt pieces in it. Great method for roasting potatoes I will just use a different seasoning next time.

Chocolate Pudding Cake II

The texture of the cake and the sauce turned out great but my family wasn't too impressed with the taste. It smelled chocolatey but didn't taste as good as it smelled.

Country-Style Grilled Ribs

The ribs turned out tough and the taste of celery seed overpowered everything. Not my favorite way to prepare ribs...

Famous Butter Chicken

This recipe turns out great every time! I use margarine instead of butter and it has the same results, very moist chicken!

Pineapple Lemon Cake

My Husband and I agreed that the cake had a good flavor (with the lemon and the pineapple juice) and the topping was delicious but we didn't like the texture of the pineapple. The cake was really moist and soft and then everyonce in awhile we would bite into a hard chunk of pineapple (and I had used the crushed). The cake was OK but I probably won't make it again.
