Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
A little time consuming, but worth the effort. Very good enchiladas.

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
This tasted really good, but were so difficult to grill, we ended up finishing them in the oven. I even put the burgers in the freezer for nearly an hour before grilling based on other reviews. I think they may need another binder other than just the eggs. Maybe bread crumbs or flax seed? I sautéed fresh spinach, onion and garlic and let it cool before adding it to the turkey.

Very good! I usually omit the green olives, but keep everything else the same.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
I know it's summertime and not meatloaf weather, but I was rating another recipe and figured I should rate this one while I was at it. This is my go to meatloaf. Quite a change from boring meatloaf. I follow the recipe to a T and it's moist and flavorful every time.

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
Excellent and healthy recipe! Only changes I make are to use 1/4 cup of the sugar and skip the poppy seeds.

Awesome Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
This truly is an awesome pasta salad. I use red or orange bell pepper, Kraft Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesan dressing, a few shakes of grated parmesan, about a tablespoon of Salad Supreme seasoning and skip the salami. Always a hit!

Souvlaki

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
This recipe is excellent and far better than "authentic" souvlaki. Great on chicken or pork, in the oven or on the grill. I usually double the marinade and add zucchini and mushrooms. Serve with couscous, a greek salad and the Easy Greek Yogurt Cucumber Sauce from this site. Outstanding!

Creamy Spiced Coleslaw

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
This is my absolute favorite slaw recipe. The only thing I have ever done differently is to add about a teaspoon and a half of yellow mustard to the dressing and sub 1/2 tsp of celery salt for the celery seed and salt. Always perfect! Thank you Wilemon for the great recipe!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
This is a simple, tasty recipe. I make it a lot using Smart Balance butter and low fat mayo. If we don't have mayo, sour cream is a good substitute. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Cheese and Pasta in a Pot

Reviewed: May 16, 2005
my mom makes a similar recipe except she adds chopped pepperoni to the ground beef and uses provolone or mozzarella in place of the jack cheese. those changes add more flavor to the meat and less tang from the cheese--it is much better.
