Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Great recipe, but as usual, made to my liking. Alfredo sauce and 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, fresh spinach and cottage cheese mixture as added layer.

Seafood Chowder

No-Knead Artisan Style Bread

First attempt of bread making, except quick breads. Should have read editors note before baking. Raised about 3 in. in middle, but favor was great. Will try again.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

This was okay, probably won't make again. Maybe too much of the veggies, can't really put my finger on why I didn't rave about this recipe.I have had other shrimp alfredo's that I like better. Just personal taste I am guessing. 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper was plenty.

Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

Been making this for years and years. Only thing different is that I use bone in breasts, skin and all, simmer in gravy about an hour after browning.

The Best Potato Salad

Very good recipe. I had no black olives, didn't miss them and added chopped celery for crunch as others have stated here. Only things I changed in the recipe were those two. Will keep recipe on file.

South Shore Pork Roast

Very moist and full of flavor. Only roasted it 25 minutes more after taking foil off. Added celery and mushrooms to the carrots & onions. Will keep in recipe box.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Awesome! I only use 1/4 C sugar, it is plenty. Took to potluck and everyone wanted this recipe. The dressing as written handles 2 bags of spinach in my opinion, just make sure it is tossed and sets of the 15 minutes. A friend told me she uses no sugar, her family likes it better that way. Don't know if I'd go that far.....
