Spinach-Stuffed Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2007
Excellent - I used more pesto and it added a lot of flavour. I have been looking for a stuffed salmon recipe for a long time and I think I just found the keeper - Thanks !

Calico Squash Casserole

awesome! not the healthiest recipe but definately tasty. Didn't have pimento peppers but can see how they would add a lot. Cayan pepper worked well. Maybe next time I'll try bread crumbs mixed with crackers.

Zucchini Sticks

very time consuming and the batter didn't stick too well. I didn't mind the taste but needed to add much more parm cheese for otherwise bland flavour

Mom's Cucumbers

very tasty and easy to make. Great way to use up extra cucumbers from garden. I found they tasted even better when chilled overnight.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2005
I made a huge batch of these due to having lots of ground beef. I also used 2% milk and it worked well. I had enough left over and made a meatloaf which was also delicious. The meat holds together well - especially if you pack it down hard. This has become my primary burger recipe.
