Chocolate Banana Bread

A perfect morning treat, I'll definitely make this again. I baked exactly by the recipe, I wouldn't change a thing.

Blueberry Banana Bread

I made this this morning and it came out wonderful! I had to used dried blueberries, but they were still great in the bread. I made one large loaf and cooked for about 50 minutes - just perfect!

I worked with what I had and this recipe came out ammmmazing. I roasted in 2 squash for about 45 minutes at 350 in the oven. Meanwhile I did the onion and butter, added the squash and 4 cups of chicken stock when the squash came out of the oven (I used 1 1/2 squash). Pureed in my little kitchen aide with the cream cheese! Awesome. Oh, and I didn't have any marjoram and it was still fantastic!

Barbecue Beef Cups

My husband and I loved this recipe! It was quick and easy :) The only thing I changed was used whole wheat biscuts - and they were great. This is a yummy dinner and such a comfort food!!

Chicken Enchiladas II

I made this recipe as listed and it came out wonderfully! I did add some sauce to the pan before placing the enchiladas, everything came out perfect and my picky eater husband loved these!

Cheesy Rigatoni Bake

My husband and I greatly enjoyed this dish! We froze half (as recipes suggests) and the other half lasted for 2 meals! Great as leftovers too.

Clone of a Cinnabon

If I was on a deserted island and could take only one food to eat for the rest of my life - this would be it! I could eat these all day long. They hit the spot better than anything else. Recipe is easy and I make exactly as listed.
