To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These muffins are the bomb!! Yes the batter is thick and not what you are probably used to as far as muffin batter. I had some half and half to use so I replaced the 1/3 cup milk with half and half. The muffins do not get real big if you use a regular size muffin pan. Between the tartness of the blueberries and the sweetness of the struesel topping these were superb and gone in no time. I think I'll also try using brown sugar in the topping next time although the white sugar gave the a really nice crunch. This one's a winner!!! Thanks.

Cheese Cake Cups
These really are easy and so good. I used a half cup sour cream and a little more sugar. For the crust I just used the recipe on the graham cracker crumb box (crumbs, sugar and melted butter) pressed into cupcake papers. Topped with cherry pie filling but next time I think I'll use fresh fruit. The pie filling was a little overpowing and I like the taste of the cheesecake more than the fruit topping. Awesome dessert if you want compliments.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
This is a great vinaigrette. I used it on the "Mediterranean Greek Salad" from Allrecipes. See my comments for a few salad changes. For this recipe I used a slice of red onion in place of the onion powder because I had it left over from the salad. I also added one tablespoon of sugar and a half cup of parmesan cheese. I didn't have red wine vinegar so used white wine vinegar. I mixed all ingredients in my blender. Excellent dressing for the greek salad. (I also re-calculated for 10 servings)
