Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Great! With the leftovers I made Risotto al Salto. I shaped about half cup of the cold risotto and pan fry it with olive oil until it is golden brown. About 2-3 minutes per side. Then I sprinkle it with Parmesean cheese, it's delicious!

I gave it a 5 star because everyone liked it. I thought it wasn't bad, maybe next time I will decrease the oil and add more feta cheese and onions.

Yummy! I made it with splenda and splenda brown sugar...it tasted the same! also used 1% milk, and added 1/4 tsp. of nutmeg. I served it with creme anglaise which tasted like a vanilla creme brulee.... perfection!!

Chicken Tetrazzini for a Crowd

So tasty!!! I halved the recipe and still made one full casserole!!! I sauteed my mushrooms with butter, garlic and a half of white onion, and when I mixed everything together I added the other half of the white onion chopped. Very good, will make again for sure with more mushrooms.

I followed others' advice and added more blueberries and made more crumbled topping as well. Turned out fabulous! I think it tasted better when the cake cools completely.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Very good!! I used the pumpkin pie fillings but still added an extra teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and a little bit more cinnamon. It was perfect!!

White Chocolate Amaretto Cake

I used 3/4 amaretto and 1/4 water and i added about 1.5 cups of white chocolate chips.. it was sooo good! when i made the glaze i used less sugar because of the addition of white chocolate chips and i skipped the frosting. I like this better than the rum cake!

Strawberry Cake III

Really yummy! I replaced half of the water called for in the regular cake mix with heavy cream and the result was amazing!! Reminded me of a tres leches cake only not as "wet"...I will continue to make this cake!!!

Delicious! I used a white mix and butterscotch pudding mix, it really brings out the irish cream flavor. Also I omitted the 1/4 cup of water, it was perfect.
