Salmon with Mango and Brie

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2005
Very easy to prepare and tastes so good! Make sure the mangos are ripe or it will be hard to make the sauce smooth.

Japanese Chicken Wings

These were tasty! Be careful not to overbake and check on them often. I think frying them with the butter before baking them makes them taste really good.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2005
This wasn't bad, but 2 teaspoons of salt is WAY too much. If I make it again I will definitely cut back on the salt!

SO good, you can't really go wrong with this recipe. Try to use ripened bananas.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2005
I substitute the cream cheese with low fat, sugar with splenda, non fat frozen whipped topping and milk with 1%, it still tastes awesome!!! I put them in the mini graham cracker crusts.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2005
Very good, I used a cup of white chocolate chips and the cake tastes awesome. I also used 6 foiled baking cups and put the rest in the pan to avoid overflowing. The baking cups only need half or less of the baking time and although they fall flat they turned out wonderfully.

Farfalle with Asparagus and Smoked Salmon

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2005
Tastes kind of bland. I had to season like crazy and eat it with hot sauce...but I guess this is healthy

Good flavors but it came out too watery...I recommend to cut down on the water just a little bit.

Not bad, I expected more flavors, it kind of tasted like vegetables in marinara sauce. But very healthy so I will make it again.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2005
Yummy! I took the advice of another user and used the back of my chapstick to make a hole and it works perfect! You can always make the hole bigger by swirling the chapstick in circles.

Chicken Tetrazzini for a Crowd

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2005
So tasty!!! I halved the recipe and still made one full casserole!!! I sauteed my mushrooms with butter, garlic and a half of white onion, and when I mixed everything together I added the other half of the white onion chopped. Very good, will make again for sure with more mushrooms.
