Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Good. thicker than expected. I let it cool a bit too long since I thought it was runnier than it was. It ended up gobby on the cake (my fault completely). I would recommend pouring over the cake as soon as it is ready. It cools quickly and will look much smoother on the cake. Overall great taste and texture

Guacamole

Delicious. I have made this several times and it turns out best when the tomatoes are chopped and separated from the juice. Adding in the juice from the inside of the tomato makes it too runny.

Breakfast Pizza I

Very good. I used a 9x13 baking dish. I scrambled the eggs a little bit before pouring them on top of the pizza to avoid the mess that others had talked about. I also pre-baked the crust for about 5min then added the toppings and baked for another 15min - the crust was over cooked. The recipe itself was great however I am not a fan of the Pilsburry dough crust. It has a distinct taste that is not very "home made". I would probably make the dough from scratch next time. Other than that, it is great.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Delicious. I used 2 c brn sugar, 1 c peanut butter, 3 c conf. sugar. It is very good. A little too peanut buttery for me. I might scale it back to 3/4 cup next time. Great consistency and texture. Super easy to make. GREAT!!

This recipe was great. My uncle thought I made it from scratch. I used the pilsburry crust and the Oregon cherries like previous users. It was simple and very tasty. Great recipe.

Sugar 'n' Spice Nuts

I LOVED these. My husband loved them too but he would have preferred to have them w/o the orange zest. I liked that extra flavor. I may make them again for my husband w/o the orange and add a little more cinnamon - he has a sweet tooth.

Ruth's Roquefort Cheese Ball

Great Idea but needs more blue cheese flavor. I would probably double the blue cheese amount and then add additional spices. I expected it to have that blue cheese tang, which it didn't. The pecans were a nice touch. I mixed those in with the cheese ball as well. I would make this again but add more blue cheese.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Good, pretty easy to make. My husband and brother both thought it was good (for having spinach in it). I thought it needed a bit more flavor. Is NOT good the next day. It got soggy and mush overnight.

Dijon Vinaigrette

WAY too much vinegar. I would use maybe even less than 1/2 the recommended amount. It was too tangy. I tried to add more sugar and even tried to add some honey but I couldn't tame it down. I probably would not try this one again.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Perfect. I cooked the noodles in the broth with the veggies so I ended up needing a lot more broth, well worth it. It's good even w/o chicken.
