Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2011
The perfect chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. I only had to bake for 9 minutes. I made a triple batch so I can take some to my mom and freeze some for later!

Way too good! I'm afraid to make it often, I don't think my waistline can handle it!

Applesauce Bread II

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2008
It wasn't as sweet as I had hoped. I was expecting something like banana bread or pumpkin bread. I think next time I make it, I'll add chocolate chips or something instead of extra sugar.

It's delicious, but for some reasion, it collapsed or caved in halfway. I'll have to try it again.

I love this recipe! Be sure not to stir the sugar mixture and don't overcook it! It's delicious stuff though. Oh, another note: Mine didn't have to sit for 12 hours. Mine were dry in about 1-2 hours.
