Pressure Cooker Barbeque Pork
Fantastic! This is my first recipe ever with a pressure cooker, and I am very pleased with the results. I used 5 lbs of sirloin pork tip roast (Costco), cut into chunks, browned in the pressure cooker in a little olive oil, s& p, Creole seasoning, garlic powder. Cooked at the highest pressure for our cooker (it's not marked and I don't have a book) and it was fall-apart gorgeous in 30 minutes. I didn't want this batch to be smoky, but next time I think I'll add some more garlic and liquid smoke to the water. Super easy and tasty. Thanks ANGIEE!

Irish Soda Farls
Yum! Served these tonight and my 12yo son gave me a high five! All four kids liked them, the Mama too. I followed one suggestion and added 2 T butter cut into the flour mixture. I did this in my food processor and used soured milk instead of buttermilk. Cooked on my electric non-stick griddle and they cooked through quite nicely. Interested to see how they are next day. Thanks for a tasty recipe! We'll have it year-round!

Nell's Cabbage Salad
Great, simple version of this salad. I used 1/4 c sesame oil and 1/4 c soy sauce in place of the olive oil and added some garlic powder as well as shredded carrots. I skipped the noodles and seasoning mix altogether and it still tasted great.
