Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Really good! The chips make this dish. Make them the day before. I did not add any sugar, and used "no sugar added" strawberry jam. This was a huge hit - I doubled the recipe for Easter party of 13 people, and it was gone in an hour. I used blackberries instead of raspberries, and Cortland apples. The flavors were awesome.

Pizza Dough III

This was SO easy, and good too. I made the recommended adjustments. I used all purpose flour, added 1/4 tsp each of marjoram, oregano, thyme, basil, and garlic powder, and used only 3/4 cup of water. This was good, and SO easy. Five stars for the simplicity of this recipe!

Strawberry Shortcake

This was excellent! I did, however, make the recommended adjustments: To the shortcake: -decrease to only 2 tsp of baking powder -add 1/4 cup sugar -add 1 tsp vanilla. I also added 1.5 tsp of sugar to the whipped cream. This was delicious, and people raved about it all night. It was gone in about 7 minutes! I will definitely be making this again!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

This was good, but definitely cut down on the confectioner's suger - it is way too much. I would recommend using 1/2 cup less than the recipe calls for. Otherwise, this recipe was amazing.

Basil Chicken and Pasta

I'm not quite sure why this is rated so highly. I thought that flavor was lacking in this recipe, and it wasn't worth the calories that it contains. It was okay, but not great. Doubtful that I will be making this again.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

This tasted AMAZING, but it wasn't fluffy at all. Maybe someone could post something helping me out? I beat the recipe for a really long time, so I know that it isn't that I didn't mix enough. It was greasy and impossible to spread on my cupcakes. I ended up grabbing a clump with my fingers and slapping it on the cupcakes. It tasted really good, but was in NO way fluffy (or spreadable!)

This was SO good! And SO easy!!! Definitely try this recipe. I made it exactly as written. You do NOT need 2 pints of strawberries... I used less than one pint.

Whole Wheat Muffins

These were good! I used all whole wheat flour, Splenda baking sugar (1/4 cup), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, and added 1/4 cup of sour cream. These only have about 130 calories. They were soft and really good!

Big Guy Strawberry Pie

This was really good, and SO easy. I was a little wary because of the weird gelatine thing, but this was actually really good. It is not gourmet, but really good and VERY easy! I am giving it five stars for how easy and tasty it is.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

This was a great, simple recipe. I loved it. I used 1 cup of peanut butter, milk instead of water, more chocolate chips, and I added 1/4 a cup of sour cream to make them soft. They were great!
