Meatloaf With A Bite

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
basically its taco meat, I cooked for 75 minutes, remotely tasty, but we broke out the hard and soft shell taco shells to make sense of the meal, wouldn't recomend, wouldn't make again

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2006
this was stew, not a roast beef! The directions were followed to the 't' and I am sure they are wrong

Shrimp Kisses

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2006
Mediocre at best, I was expecting it to be more tasty, yes the cheese did melt out, the bacon cooked well, the shrimp maybe a tad underdone, but yes well worth the try, quick prep and cook time

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: May 30, 2005
The only reason i tried this recipe was because i was out of Aunt Jemaima mix, these pancakes were indeed panCAKES, they looked like something you find on an episode of "The Flinstones" or "The Munsters" way way to thick, try adding water to get thinner pancakes, I eyeballed the batter before i cooked it and did not let it sit (hence even bigger panCAKES)u might want to cut down on he baking soda and add more sugar as other reviews have already stated

Chicken Parmigiana

Reviewed: May 29, 2005
REgardless of the 3 stars this is a very very good staple dish; however, I followed the recipe to the "T" with exception of adding Italian Seasoning, but I am asumming these cuts of chicken are to be 8 oz cuts, which I used and the chicken was fairly dry, I would recommend which someone had mentioned earlier in these reviews, and that is to cut your filets in half or into strips which will I'm sure (and are my plans when I make this dish again) will moisten up your chicken, and YES which was also mentioned earlier was having a side pan of sauce at the ready, which I feel is imperative.

Crab and Shrimp Delight

Reviewed: May 20, 2005
This was awesome!!!! I used Shrimp bisque, 3/4 lb of fresh peeled shrimp, used OLD BAy seasoning, pepper and Garlic powder from here I followed the recipe, but a note to those complaining of the pasta problems, DO NOT USE hard pasta boxed or wrapped, many major supermarkets sell refrigerated pasta which is more fresh and VERY soft, where you will have no problem mixing in the pasta, but if you're in a bind and only have hard angel hair, I would think to cook the pasta a bit where it softens up for you and is mixable. But this dish is ti die for, no question...
