Excellent Recipe.. very tasty..I didn't have green onions, so used dried onions instead. I will definitely be making this again..

Three Cheese Baked Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2004
Made this Christmas week when family were visiting. It was voted the best lasagna by everyone; and we eat lasagna often. The children and adults all went back for seconds. I added mushrooms with the onions and used my favourite jars of pasta sauce. It was very easy to make and not too time-consuming. You could also make ahead and re-heat when needed. Would be good for pot-luck take-along. Made this again for Easter(6 Adults,6children) and again it was a great success; and again voted best lasagna ever.

Pumpkin Gingerbread

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2004
This recipe is SO good and very soft and moist. My husband doesn't like pumpkin, so I didn't tell him what was in it till after he ate a slice. He LOVED it. I gave one loaf to my daughter, and her four children devoured it in one sitting. It was good plain, just as-is, but next time I will try it with some of the added suggestions, like nuts/raisins etc., I will definitely be making this again. It was so easy to make and foolproof.

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2003
I found this ham to be dry compared to my usual Ham recipe; it didn't realy baste inside the bag and you couldn't manually baste it because it WAS inside the bag. Also, it took longer than 20 mins. to prepare and the bag split when i tried to put 1/2" slits in it. It was also quite difficult to get out of the plastic bag when done. In my opinion, not worth all the extra trouble.

Baked Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2003
This was a wonderful recipe. The chicken was SO moist and tasty. I always use Lite Soy sauce because regular is too salty. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to the letter and it was fantastic. The last breast was a little short on flour/sesame seed mixture, so next time I'd make just a little bit more of the mix.

Beef Potato House Pie Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2003
This is very similar to Shepherd's Pie, expect that the meat is too dry. I would add a package of gravy mix next time or the mushroom soup as other reviewers suggested. I used carrots instead of the green pepper and real cheese instead of processed. I will try it again, adding gravy next time.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2002
Excellent recipe. Mix brown gravy powder with water before adding to wine/veg. mixture. I used carrots and onions and just spooned the whole thing over top of the tenderloin. Next time I will add mushrooms. It was wonderful. Definitely a keeper; and would be great to serve to company.

Delilah's Frosted Cut-Out Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2002
These are delicious. I made them with my 6 yr.old grandson - he took some to school for valentine's day. I cut the icing recipe in half and still had some left over. My 19 mth. old grand-daughter ate two and came back looking for more - she just let them melt in her mouth.

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2000
I made these for my daughter's wedding and everybody raved about them. One of my grandsons (he's six) ate so many his other Gran had to give him Tums at bedtime because he had a tummyache, but he was back the next morning to make sure there were still some left. And he asked how I made them and would I make seven dozen next time I came to his house. I'm visiting there now and the first thing I had to do was print out the recipe and get started baking. Nana..
