Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2011
I made this last night for supper and everyone LOVED it! I did read the recommendations and added the following to the recipe: 1/2 an onion diced, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tbsp of worchestershire sauce and then used BBQ sauce on top. I am always looking for good ground turkey recipes and this one was delicious! Will definately make again! I would suggest if you make this to use the cubes of cheese instead of shredded because you get yummy gooey pockets of melted cheese! So good!

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
I made this exactly as it said and it turned out awesome! Very rich and moist. The batter was runny but it cooks up fine! This made a bunch of frosting I had some left over which my kids used on graham crakers!

Orecchiette Pasta with Rappini and Sausage

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
Our store did not carry some of the ingredients called for so I used regular broccoli, piccolini pasta and a grated blend of 4 different Italian cheeses (asiago, romano, parmesan and another). It still turned out yummy! Will definately make it again!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
This was very delicious. The sauce was yummy and there was a lot of it. My family likes very cheesy lasagna so next time I will add more mozzarella because this wasn't very cheesy and I used what the recipe called for - other than that it was great!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
I made this cake exactly as the recipe called for and it turned out wonderful! I baked mine in a glass 9 x 13 pan instead of a bundt pan and did not have any problems. It still needed to cook the 55 minutes. I did frost mine with chocolate frosting. I tried a piece when it was a little warm with cool whip and a small piece with frosting and felt it needed the frosting. This cake does taste much better once it is cooled completely. Great recipe! I will make this again!
