This was really good. I was looking for something spicy that had some sort of meat in it as well. I used hot ground pork sausage and it turned out really good. My oldest son and his girlfriend were the taste testers and they both loved the flavor. Personally, when I make these for the 4th of July I will make them with a little more heat, maybe add some jalapenos!!!! Give this one a try. You won't be dissapointed.

Emily's Easy Sausage and Spicy Tomato Dip

This is like a dip that I make. It is called 3-2-1. 3 cream cheese, 2 rotel, 1 lb. sausage. Really good!!!!

Banana Banana Bread

This is really, really good!!!!! One of the best banana bread recipes that I have tried. I left the bananas a little chunky and it turned out really good. Give it a try for sure!

Honey Glazed Ham

This glaze is absoutely the best that I have tried!!!! I bought a spiral hame and used this glaze. It makes alot but the more you use the better the ham. I did have leftover glaze but my kids took the slices of ham and dipped them into the warm glaze and put it on egg rolls and made the best sandwiches you have ever had!!!! I also used brown sugar instead of the syrup. If you try this you definately won't be disappointed.

Foolproof Rib Roast

I love rib roast but have always been afraid to make it. Since they are not cheap I wasn't sure if I really wanted to take a chance at screwing it up. However, I got brave this year and bought a 7 lb. roast for x-mas and gave it a try. It was extremely easy and turned out perfect!!!! So....if you are like me and a little scared give this recipe a try. Easy and like it says "foolproof"!!!! Deeeelish!!!!

Mini Southwestern Corn Pup Muffins with Fiesta Dipping Sauce

These were fun and easy to make. Made them for my grandsons 2nd birthday party. I made mini ones and I cheated and made a corn bread recipe that I always use and just added the hot dogs. The dipping sauce was good too. They were a hit because they were easy for the little kids to pick up and walk around while they munched and played games. Would definately make them again. Next time I will take the time and make them from scratch according to the recipe. I don't usually alter the recipe when I make it the first time but I had to make so many that simplicity was a must!!!! Give them a try, you will like them alot!!!!!

Fruit Pizza I

This was really good. I used prepared sugar cookie dough and added half of a 7 oz. jar of marshmallow fluff. Not only was it very tasty but it turned out beautiful.
