I made this for my parents...my mom is an excellent cook, but she is on bedrest...so I was trying to find something easy and hearty...they loved it!!!!(My dads a pretty picky eater so that is HIGH praise)

Amish Bread

excellent sandwich loaf...my machine has two cycles so I just let it do its thing...tasted great...husband said skip the $3 loaves I usually buy...because this makes good sandwiches

Mom's Best Pork Chops

My almost 70 yr old picky eater Dad says this was the best pork chop he had ever eaten---I didn't have saltines--so I used cornflakes and a little salt. I'm sure the saltines woul dhave been even better if possible! thank you

Indian Chicken Curry I

This an excellent curry!!! My english, curry obsessed husband loves this and he is a tough customer when it comes to curry. I made a couple changes just for convenience--the coconut milk avalable in my area is a 13 oz can (as opposed to the 10 oz called for) so I just add an extra TBS of curry to compensate. For the cardomom, cloves & cinamon- the recipe would be better followed as written however ... I only have powdered spice on hand so I use 3/4 to 1 tsp of each..it is still very good. thanks for an awesome recipe,

warning do not try this unless you don't mind being addicted to chocolate cake--- I'm not even a fan of chocolate cake ( I prefer my chocolate in cookies brownies etc) this was great everyone I serve it to LOVES it.

Beer Pancakes

good simple recipe for when you must have pancakes and have no milk in the house--you can tast a very faint taste of the beer but didn't stop anyone from gobbling them down!! I will make these again.
