Growing up, my mom was always cooking, making wonderful homestyle comfort foods. After going to college, I began to miss those great meals. Since then, I have tried to learn more about cooking and baking. I have a great husband who fortunately likes to eat my experiments. I love to bake desserts such as italian cheesecake and fruit pies. I enjoy cooking italian and mediterrianan pasta dishes, soups, and homestyle beef and noodles. I hope that one day I can make my mom's delicious homemade cinnamon rolls. Anything my husband says "that's good!" means I have really done well. Early in my marriage, the house specialty was fish sticks and macaroni and cheese! Yuk!
