Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
Made for the Superbowl against my hubby's wishes, but guess who ended up eating the majority! Very tasty. I wasn't so sure about adding the brown sugar, so I dusted the smokies very lightly and they were a hit! Will make again.

Deep Fried Dill Pickles

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2009
My hubby is a fan of deep fried pickles. This recipe...he loves! This is the only recipe we use for deep frying. Everything else is off limits due to health reasons. So, this is just the treat! I highly recommend this recipe. Use it, change it up, do what you need to. This is a staple recipe in our home.

Fantastic sandwich! I followed the recipe and have tried subtle changes numerous times now. This is a fantastic sandwich that you can make "your own" if you want to add or subtract. Very, very easy to make. Great sandwich to have over and over again. KUDOS! I highly recommend.

Grilled Zucchini II

Reviewed: May 23, 2009
My hubby didn't feel like grilling after work so I got out the George Forman grill. I soaked them in the dressing and added fresh parmesean over the top when all were grilled. Will definately make again - inside grill or outside, either one.

Honey Lime Fruit Toss

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
WOW! I ate a small bowl before serving to family! Very tasty and satisfying. I picked fruits that were on sale from the market - blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, honey due melon. I used True Lime packets instead of the real lime (had it on hand). I highly recommend this recipe and we'll be making it again. Especially if there's a "food day" at work!

Rotisserie Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
My hubby & I tried this recipe this weekend on two birds. It's our first try at rotisserie and followed the recipe but added a bit of onion powder and garlic powder to the marinade. We also kept an aluminum pan under the chicken to keep the flames from flying! I HIGHLY recommend this recipe. Being our first try at rotisserie we plan to vary some spices to make it our own but this recipe is a keeper for our base! Try it, you're going to love it!
