Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2006
I made these for a little get together with friends and everyone ate them up! They were a great party hit.

Salsa Steak For One

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
This was an ok recipe. I'd make it again, but it wouldn't be at the top of my list of things to make. The salsa added a good "kick" to the steak yet wasn't as spicy or as good as I thought it would be. I was kind of disappointed!

Spaghetti Pizza Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2006
This was quite a tasty dish; however, I did make some additions as other reviews suggested. I added more spices (minced onion and oregano) to the milk/egg mix, cheese to the top (used cheddar only), and I used salami and pepperoni. It was quite tasty! There were quite a bit of spaghetti noodles, whether or not that was my mistake, next time I will cut down on the noodles. All in all, it was a flavorful dish and I will most likely make it again.

California Chicken Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2006
This recipe was good. Those who ate it, said that it was a little dry. I'd suggest adding a small can of tomato sauce so it has a little bit more of sauce to it. What the recipes calls for doesn't seem to do the trick. Other than that, everyone loved it!

Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2005
This was pretty tasty! I used cream of chicken soup instead of the celery and served it over cajun rice with a side of beans.

Orange Pear Shake

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2005
This was an ok shake. I'm not entirely sure that I'd make it again but if I did, I'd peel the pears. As my roommate said, "The shake was kind of skinny," meaning that you could feel the texture of the pear skins and some of the very very thin skin from the orange.

Cheesy Italian Tortellini

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
This was a very easy recipe to make. It was nice to throw something in the slow cooker for the day. I'd make it again.
