I made this recipe as directed, only I used milk instead of water to mix with the soup. It was pretty good, although next time I'll probably use 1 more chicken breast half and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top when I add the broccoli. The potatoes cooked perfectly for me, I had sliced them very thin. My kids liked it, I'll make it again.

I grew up with this recipe, and I've always loved it. It's so easy to make, kids can definitely play a big part in it. I add 1 cup of creamy peanut butter to the recipe, it's delicious!!

Grilled Pineapple Slices

This was FANTASTIC! I also cut the pineapple into chunks and put them on skewers. I blotted them and brushed on regular milk with a pastry brush(I don't like coconut). I had no problems with mess, the cinnamon sugar stuck very well. My husband continued to sprinkle on more cinnamon sugar as he grilled them. Needless to say, they were gone in no time. Thanks for the recipe, I can't wait to go buy another pineapple!

Simmering Chicken Strawberry Kabobs

These came out much better this year than when we made them last year. The ripeness of the strawberries made a huge difference, last year they were not that good. I marinated the chicken overnight, 1 hour just doesn't seem like enough. I love this dish in the summer!

Cantaloupe Cream Pie II

This came out very good. I was out of milk and didn't realize it in time to go buy some more, so I didn't use it in the topping and it came out just fine, it was just a little tough to spread. Great cantaloupe flavor, very interesting dish, will make again.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This was very good, the whole family liked it. Normally when I make dessert, I take the leftovers to work with me, but this time my husband wouldn't let me. Next time I'll add more butter to the pretzel crust, it needs more to hold together well. I used my food processor to crush the pretzels, and that worked great. Definitely will make again and again!

Easy, Cheesy Zucchini Bake

This is a very easy and delicious meal. My kids like it, as does my husband. The second time I made it I only had a partial jar of spaghetti sauce, about 2 cups, and the dish turned out less watery but just as tasty. We love cheese, so I added more to taste. Very good, and I will make it again and again.

Chocolate Covered Easter Eggs

I made this for the second year in a row this past Easter, and I love the recipe. This year I divided the dough into thirds and used peanut butter, coconut, and peppermint extract, and the results were wonderful. I used Hershey's Special Dark chocolate chips to cover the peppermint and coconut eggs, and milk chips for the peanut butter. It does take more chips than the recipe calls for, but I think the taste of real chocolate chips is better than the chocolate coating candy. I can't wait for next Easter to make these again!

Best Buttercream Frosting

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews first, so I had some lumps from not whisking the flour and milk. I added 6 tablespoons of confectioners sugar after tasting it to sweeten it more and thicken it up. I also put in an extra splash of vanilla extract. It was a good spreading consistancy, but not thick enough for piping. My husband and kids loved the taste, and I'll definitely make it again.

Wine Jelly

Yummy! Mine came out perfect. The thing I noticed is the recipe calls for a 2 oz packet of pectin, the packets I have are 1.75 oz, so I added a little extra and the consistency is wonderful. I used my favorite (inexpensive) brand of Shiraz. I can't wait to try it with a white wine!

Jenny's Lime Glazed Chicken

I thought this came out really well. I loved the mayo/parm mixture on top and the lime flavor was just enough to add a little tang. Quick and simple to make, and my family enjoyed it. Will definitely make again.
