I love this! It's fresh tasting and you don't need to add any dried herbs to give it flavor since it has so much flavor on it's own. I made it last night and followed recipe except I used 2 cups dried jasmine rice, and once it was cooked used it all. Also I omitted the fish sauce and used a sesame vinaigrette. (tony wu's garden vinaigrette)
Made it again tonight since there were no leftovers. I didn't even need to measure anything but the sauces and sugar.
The family liked it as is, but I added fresh lime juice and unsalted peanuts to mine. It's soooo good!!!!
