Clark's Quiche
So good! I took out all the meat and added more spinach and mushrooms. I also used the shredded "mexican" blend mixed with shredded mozzerella instead of the cheddar and monterey jack. The prep was way longer than 15 minutes. I also cooked it for an addition 5-10 minutes. And like the other posters, I used a frozen deep dish pie crust (I let it defrost while I was prepping). I served this at a brunch with bagels and fruit. No one touched the bagels. It was all about the awesome quiche!

Pumpkin Spice Cake II
Delicious! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. My husband had three pieces before we even got to our family! Everyone raved about this. I cut this up and served it as pumpkin bread, not really as a cake. I also added a bit of pumpkin pie spice to the batter. I will make this over and over again.
