Meatball Sub Sandwiches

We really liked this recipe and will make it again. I will make the meatballs smaller next time, as they were so big, they fell out of the sandwich making the meal very messy. But the flavor was nice. I added a dash of worcestershire, red wine vinegar, and soy sauce to the sauce. I also used 2/3 a cup of rolled oats in the meatballs rather than hollowing out the bread (it just seamed easier to me. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly.

Jo's Mountain Mush

Loved it! And it was so easy to do while camping! We used marshmallow roasting sticks to roast the hot dogs, and cooked the potatoes in foil. Then mixed it all together in a new foil pack and heated everything together. Very easy and no clean up! I'll add some chopped onions next time for flavor

Really quick and easy. Great for camping! The potatoes came out a little under-done. I'll make sure to put them on the bottom of the kiss next time to see if that helps

Great fun recipe! Super easy too! They give regular s'mores a run for their money! I will take this on every future camping trip. We put them right over the fire.

Fabulous Fruit Salad

Amazing! I thought it was too simple and was a little nervous about bringing it to Easter Dinner, but it was a hit with everyone! Everyone went back for seconds. Definitely a keeper! Nectarines were looking pathetic in the store so I used mandarine oranges instead and it worked beautifully!

Quick and Easy Taco Dip

I love it! And so easy to make. I already had most of the ingredients around the house, making it a great appetizer to throw together in a pinch! I actually used triscits as my "chip" and it was a hit!

Mango Salsa Chicken

Loved it! I think I would leave out the Red Pepper next time (a bit to hot for my own taste - I'll add more Mango too, Yummm!). It's great, very quick, and very easy...Just the way I like it!
