Double Tomato Bruschetta
My friends and I loved this. I put the mozzarella cheese on the slices of bread and melted it in the oven for about 8 minutes. I put the tomato mixture on it after I took it out of the oven. I used only about 1/8 cup or more of oil, but that was still too much. Even my sister who doesn't like cheese asked me to make more.

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta
This was okay. I didn't have fresh oregano, so I used dried oregano. I didn't have fresh basil either, so I omitted that. The onion and garlic (which I added) was a little overpowering. I would put parmesan cheese on the slices of bread and melt it in the oven, then put the tomato mixture on it after. Most of my friends preferred the Double Tomato Bruschetta (from this site) to this.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert
I don't think there was anything special with this recipe. Maybe it would've tasted differently if it was one of the first things I had eaten rather one of the last. I crushed the graham crackers with my hands. I made the chocolate frosting recipe submitted by Bayschick (arrange by most helpful). My advice is to double the frosting recipe. I also forgot to put the whipped frosting in with the vanilla pudding mix. So, I just had people put a scoop of it onto their pieces. My friends liked it a lot.
