The kids loved these cookies! I used some melted chocolate to hold the almonds on!

Angel Pie

Delicious! Everyone wanted the recipe! There was a lot of meringue so I doubled the lemon curd and just made two pies. This pie was great for someone who can't eat gluten!

Peaches 'n' Cream Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
These bars tasted great, not too sweet. They were really messy though and didn't stay in bar form when I cut them. I think I should have let them cool more before cutting them apart.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2006
This was a great dessert! The entire pie was gone! Great compination between tart and sweet. My sister is diabetic so I used 1/2 cup splenda and 1/2 cup real sugar and it still tasted great!

The Great Pumpkin Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2006
This pie wasn't my favorite. It was too spicy for my taste. I think next time I will trade the ginger for some nutmeg.

Peach Bread

This was a great tasting, sweet, moist bread! Just make sure that if you are using mini loaf pans that you only fill them 2/3 full beacause it rises.

Pear Bread II

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2005
This bread came out really moist with a great taste. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pear flavor wasn't very strong. I think I'll try a different type of pear next time.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2005
This is a good recipe if you want to make something quick. I used 2 cans of condensed chicken with rice instead of chicken broth and only 1 can of water. Also, I added 1 package of taco seasoning, 1 package of ranch seasoning, and a can of kidney beans for more flavor! It was great over chips!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2005
These were really tasty cookies. Mine were a little flat though, but I think it was because I didn't make mine as big as the recipe called for. They were still good!
