Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
I thought it good. Easy and fast dish. But a little bland. I like bland, but my two guest didn't. The annoying part was I had to evenly divide the tomato and shrimps to each dish.

Breaded Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2008
It was very easy to make, but not something to write home about. I had all the ingredients in the kitchen. The chicken was a tad dry. I suggest covering it and then uncovering it for the last five minutes. My fiance said, "it was delicious, but don't make it again."

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
This was very hearty and yummy. Kind of like a thick and creamy carbonara. The chicken was very moist after cooking for 35 minutes. And you definitely need to double the sauce.

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
This is so much cheaper and tastier than the microwave brands. I'm on a diet, so I'll use less sugar next time.

I was very disappointed. The center of the sprouts were soggy and bitter.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
This is a great seafood pasta, but too much pepper was used. I agree the sauce must be doubled, and will use 1&1/2 teaspoon of pepper next time.

I always make this. Don't over-steam the kale or add too much lemon.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2013
It must be marinated over night! I did it for 7 hours and the center was flavorless. I baked it in a convection oven at 375 degrees for 1 hr and it was a little too dry...50 mins is better. Overall, it was so so.

Vegetarian Bibimbap

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2013
It was tasty and healthy, but it took too long to cook. Too much work. I'll order it from a restaurant next time. I was done in a hour and a half.
