Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

I had high hopes for these, but they turned out hard! I didn't like them at all! I was hoping for a good cake like muffin, perhaps they would be better in those giant muffin tins, I don't know.

Jam Muffins

These were so yummy! Use peach jam, and eat them fresh out of the oven with a little butter! It tastes like peach cobbler! Delicious!!!

E-Z Drop Biscuits

Double the recipe, and make your biscuits bigger, at least 3 times what the recipe calls for, then you have excellent biscuits!!! Best eaten the same day!

Coffee Ice Cream Fudge Cake

Positively addicting! We subsituted the coffee ice cream for vanilla or chocolate, and it is wonderful either way. I couldn't stop eating it! Try it and you will LOVE it!
