Cream Puffs
Perfect every time. My mom gave me a tip- put them in the oven as quickly as possible so that they puff and stay puffed. I also just leave em in there to cool off before I pull them out. I don't poke them with a toothpick or anything.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
I make this all the time and we love it. I cook it in mini loaf pans, regular, and even in a bundt pan (all at the same time). You are going to have to cook it longer if you use something other than mini loaf pans. Just take out the loaf when the toothpick comes out clean. I do make one change to the original recipe; I substitute plain yogurt for sour cream.
