French Beef Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2006
I really like this stew, fast and easy. I used more potatos, one can of diced tomatos, and some oragano, season salt, and onion powder. Husband liked it enough to take left overs to work, so I will make this again!

Sweet and Sour Sauce II

Great recipe, restaurant quality, I like to use crushed pineapple, it turns out more flavorful. I used it with meatballs for a party and they were gone right away.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2005
Great, I used boneless pork chops and they fell apart! I put peppercorns and parsley in with the broth for a little extra flavor. Super easy, great for summer.

Tangy Dill Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2005
This is great! I used Ceasar Parmesan Vinegrette, miricle whip light, and fresh chives instead of green onions. Yumm! Dressing would also make a good veggie dip.

Roquefort Pear Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2005
I have made this many times. The dressing is wonderful, I used apples, Feta cheese, and plain pecans. I thought that the caramelized pecans were too sweet. Green apples and Gala apples are good in this. I left out the avocado because I don't like it. I LOVE this dressing!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2005
This is so wonderful!! I found myself eating it before the party. I used only 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and light cream cheese and it was amazing. I put mine in a small crockpot to bring to the party. It was a BIG hit!
