Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2005
Yummy. My husband loved it. I was a little worry that he won't like it becuase it was a tat bit creamy. Turn out my husband said that it wasn't too creamy at all. It was just perfect he said. I added fresh basil because I had some on hand. The pasta was full of fragents from the fresh basil. Thank you Tammy

Gluck

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2005
My husband love this dish alright. He added a few drops of tabasco in his. I did some modification becuase I didn't have the right amount of ingerdient in hand. I didn't have onion so I use onion power,I added garlic power I also don't have evaporated milk and used regular milk. I omitted olive because I don't like them and mushroom because I used mushroom a few time for the past week. I also didn't have 1lbs of cheese so I use what ever I have left and wasn't able to put cheese on top of my cassarole. I used some of my leftover salsa. This dish just tasted like chili cheese with pasta. I was at first skeptical about the combination of chili and cream of mushroom, It didn't sound right together. Suprisingly it came out great. Thank you Angelyn

Mexican Chicken Kiev

I love this recipe. I had a little problem wrapping the filling. My husband accidently got me the shredded cheese and the filling kept falling out so it wasn't as cheesey as I wish. It was still delicious. Thank you Erin

A pretty good recipe. A lot cheaper then using fresh crab. I used a rotesserie chicken from Costo and shredded really well like Jpillar suggested. Next time I will use a little least tartar sauce. Thank you Italian_Man.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2005
Very rich. I thought it tasted great before I added the eggs in. The eggs made it so rich. To tell you the truth I like it without the eggs. Maybe nextime I should just add 2 eggs instead. Anyways my husband hated onions so I omitted the onions and added mushroom and tomatoes. I accidentely left the heat on and slightly scamble the egg. I was a bite disspointed, maybe that is why it seem so rich. I will make this again, hopefully I will not scramble the eggs. Thank Sandy.

BLT Wraps

The idea of melted cheese to use as a glue for the wrap is a great idea. Yesterday I made one for my husband, I omitted the lettuce and used an egg and hassbrown. I guess I made it into a breakfast burrito. My husband love it and it look great. Thank Karen

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2005
This recipe was Ok. It tasted like something I made before with a little kick to it. A little too herby for me. I will try again with a little least thyme and parsely next time and little more of the other spice. Maybe a little more of the cayenne pepper and onion powder.
