About this Cook
Hi, I'm Mindy a mother of two young children. I started cooking when I was around 21 years of age. At that time I was clueless about cooking, my boyfriend (now husband) had to teach me the basic. I was awful at cooking. I remember one time I baked biscuit with self-rising flour when the recipe just ask for ragular flour. At that time I didn't know there was so many different flour. Anyways my biscuit came out extremely big and hard. My husband thought it was funny. Now we still talk about it and laugh about it. I started to watch the food channel and learn quit a bit of technic. My cooking gotten better overtime. since I found this website a few months ago, I just gone crazy about cooking. I haven't made the same thing twice for the past 3 weeks. I am having so much fun. Thank you All Recipe

Cajun Chicken Pasta
Yummy. My husband loved it. I was a little worry that he won't like it becuase it was a tat bit creamy. Turn out my husband said that it wasn't too creamy at all. It was just perfect he said. I added fresh basil because I had some on hand. The pasta was full of fragents from the fresh basil. Thank you Tammy
