Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2013
This is amazing. Being it was my first complete dish ever, I'm very satisfied with the way it tasted and my guests' reviews. But I did do some things differently according to other reviewers' suggestions: I mixed all the spices together into a bowl and used half in the rice and half when cooking the ground turkey. Only 2.5 cups of broth. I also used half the amount of beans (only one can of black beans and one can of chick peas). And I used only a handful of parsley/cilantro. The pine nuts were my favorite part. I'm not used to eating them and they were a delicious surprise. And it adds a cool texture. I recommend this dish for anyone. It's a bit on the spicy side (I have so little tolerance) but most of my family really enjoyed it so I suppose it depends on each person's taste. Yay! Enjoy everyone!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2014
Came out very delicious. My husband ate 'em all up. I followed the recipe exactly, except I added a tad more butter because it was too spicy for me. I'll definitely make this again.

Cream Puffs

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2014
Made this for the holidays and came out fantastic. I used the toothpick trick to dry 'em out. It was hard to fill them (very messy) and the filling I used was different: 1 stick butter/margarine, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 cups of confectioners sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract all blended together. It was DIVINE.

Simple and Delicious Kale Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2014
I used cannelloni beans also, adding 1/2 tsp of turmeric and 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, and some salt towards the end. Also, before i added in the kale, i massaged it with salt.
