Frosted Banana Bars
Brought these to work today and they are disappearing quick. They are delicious. I added a little cinnamon to mine and halved the icing recipe so they just had a glaze on them. Moist and delicious. A good way to clear the freezer from bananas that I have saved before going bad.

Potato Leek Soup III
I made this last night for a soup cookoff to raise money for United Way. My husband and 14 year old son said it was wonderful. I thought it was very delicious. I doubled the recipe but only used the butter for one batch. I would cut the butter to 1/2 cup for one batch. It is delicious. Served with sour cream, fresh chives and homemade rolls. Delicious.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
These were so good. I added fresh blueberries and my entire family loved them. I also make extra, stack them with dry waxed bakery tissue(I bought a large box of Sav-A-Rap 1,000 dry waxed bakery tissue at Sams Club)and put them in a large zip lock bag in the refrigerator. You only have to microwave for a minute and you have fresh pancakes every morning of the week. The kids love it.
