Chococonut Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
My children and husband loved these cookies! I added coconut extract as a few other reviews suggested. I baked these tonight as a test to see how they would turn out - I will be making 15 dozen for a cookie exchange this weekend.

Classic Tiramisu

Wonderful! The only thing I changed was that I made it in a 9x9 pan instead of a spring form pan. Turned out delicious and pretty!

Scottish Shortbread IV

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2007
Delicious cookie. I followed the directions and my cookies came out really thin and crispy. Maybe I over mixed the dough? My next batch I will mix less and cut them thicker.

Eggnog Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2005
My family loved these. I did make a few changes, more eggnog in the cookie dough. Baked for only 15-17 minutes. Made frosting with eggnog, powdered sugar, and nutmeg. Garnished with sliced almonds.

Monster Cookies VI

The best! I made them last night and they turned out AWESOME! I didn't have corn syrup though so I didn't add that. Thanks so much for a great cookie recipe!

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 26, 2005
I didn't have chocolate to grate and I didn't use nuts but these cookies were AWESOME! My whole family moaned with delight when they ate them. I layered them in wax paper and kept them in an air tight container and they stayed soft and chewy.

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2004
Great macaroni and cheese recipe, and you can add all of those little extras that make it your own. I used extra cheese and then I had to make more noodles... everyone loved it though! My three-year-old didn't want to wait for it to bake so he ate it after everything was mixed together.

Regular Crepes

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2004
Delicious! Simple and easy directions. I sprinkled mine with powdered sugar and scooped cherry pie filling in them, rolled them up, and topped them with whipped cream. Such a fancy looking breakfast with no hassle! Thanks for the great recipe!

Brunch Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2004
Delicious! I changed some ingredients and made the enchiladas for Christmas brunch and everyone loved them! I used spicy sausage (Bob Evan's brand I think) and I used spicy shredded cheddar cheese (Sargento's new line of cheese blends)... other than that I followed you recipe. Maybe next time I will use more sausage though. Thanks so much for the great enchiladas!

Sweet Potato Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2004
Wonderful, my first ever attempt at a pie! The only mistake I made was when the recipe called for the sugar to be creamed together with the other ingred. I added the brown sugar to it... OOPS! Next time I won't put the brown sugar in the pie... I'll save it for the top.

Non-Edible Cinnamon Ornaments

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2004
Great recipe to do with kids. I suggest using a straw instead of a toothpick for cutting the hole. You could also try flipping the ornaments when drying so they don't curl up!

Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2004
I made this for dinner last night and it was great, except for one thing. When I browned the stew meat in the oil the recipe said "add a little water to the skillet and stir to pick up the browned bits." I did that but my soup turned out WAY too greasy, next time I would just use the meat!
