Quince Jelly
I gave only 4 stars because I made a few adjustments. I took others advice and omitted the pectin. My jelly set up nicely without it. Also, I added more water than called for, more like 8 cups and mashed the fruit as they cooked. I then strained the fruit and water mush through cheesecloth and a sieve. After those steps, I followed the recipe to the letter. It looks and tastes lovely!

French Toast Casserole
This was pretty good. I agree with some of the other reviews that the flavour was a little lacking. It was much tastier after I added warm maple syrup over the top. We had turkey bacon the side and it was very yummy. I added pumpkin pie spice to the milk and egg mixture as well. I think one person's suggestion of putting crispy, crumbled bacon on the top would be spectacular!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I was a little nervous putting this in the oven, as the batter seemed really runny, but it turned out spectacular. The whole loaf was eaten before it had cooled completely! I guess my family liked it! The only change I made was I used fat free greek yogurt instead of sour cream - I just didn't have any. It was a great addition! I will use this recipe again!
