Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
I loved this recipe! I baked my chicken wings instead of frying just for a healthier version and they turned out better than fried, in my opinion. Cooked them at 400 degress for 40 minutes, turning about half way and then coated them with the sauce, turned the oven down to 300 degrees and baked for an additional 15 minutes. I will be making again regularly!!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This really is a great recipe! I used 12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and used suggestions from other comments to replace the cider vinegar with pineapple juice and the white sugar with brown sugar. I also used low sodium soy sauce as that's what I had on hand. It was very tasty and my kids (3 and 5) loved it! I doubled the sauce and would do the same next time even with less chicken because it was good as a sauce for rice and extra juice for dipping the chicken in. Thanks for another tasty recipe!!

Crustless Spinach Quiche
I loved this idea! I wanted it a little healthier, so after reading some of the comments, I replaced the muenster cheese with 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese. I used only 4 eggs, added a little garlic salt, left out the vegetable oil and used olive oil cooking spray. Baked at 375 for 30-35 minutes and it was delicious! I will definitely make this again!
