I roasted a whole chicken, picked off the meat and used a mixture of meat (breast, thigh, etc) for the pie and other dishes. The pie, using the comments suggested, came out beautifully; however, I found that doubling the sauce as suggested made too much. I think next time I will not double the sauce and will also use more fresh vegetables-- all I had were frozen, which tasted good, but would have been better with fresh!
