Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
I loved it! I used 5 cups of chicken broth instead of the bouillon cubes and water. I also add a lot more broccoli-- like twice as much and sometimes I throw in some kale (steamed first). Turned out great! I'll definitely make this next year when my broccoli comes in!

This cheese was tasty when fried, but I would add a little salt next time.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2011
I didn't add any extra sugar to the salsa and found it to still be delicious! I had also never made tortilla chips before and found that i had to cook them much longer (12-15 minutes) than the recipe stated-- until they turned golden brown. Otherwise they became very tough and chewy (though still delicious) instead of crunchy.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
It was a good marinade, but it was kind of ruined by the overcooked steak. Thanks, boyfriend. Hahaha

Marinade for Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
I love this marinade! It's got a little sourness to it and is delicious! I marinated the breasts overnight and grilled them the next day. Leftovers have been just as tasty, especially on salad.

Spicy Indian Chicken and Mango Curry

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
I found this recipe to be delicious! I halved it the first time and made it as written (only with light coconut milk). The second time, I doubled the curry paste and used a frozen bag of mango/raspberry/blueberry pieces (because that's all I had on hand). Both were great, but the fresh mango is better and the doubling of the curry paste is a must for me!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
This was super tasty! I made several meatloaves, cooked them and froze them. When I want one, I thaw if for 24 hours and then cook it until the internal temperature is 165. It still tastes delicious!! I just make a little extra sauce to top if off with...

Pizza Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
Great! I tried frying half and baking half of the rolls. The fried rolls came out great! The baked rolls were horrible... they leaked everywhere and the egg roll wrappers were both too crunchy and soggy at the same time.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
Delicious! I followed the first suggestion and cut the salt. I added 3 tsp of salt to the marinade and none to the sauce. It was delicious! I will definitely make it again, although next time I'll try using a lighter cream...

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
The cupcakes came out a little dry, but I may have over-cooked them. The frosting was only enough to frost half of the cupcakes and was a little more cheesy tasting then I like.

Slow Cooker Western Omelet

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
Pretty good, but I thought it was a bit bland. Putting the leftovers in tortillas with salsa and freezing them to make frozen breakfast burritos turned out great!!

Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2007
These cookies were delicious! I did change it a little by using less peanut butter chips (about 1.5 cups) and after the cookies had cooled, I melted some chocolate and paraffin wax in a double boiler and drizzled it on top. Everyone loved them!
