Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2014
Loved it! I didn't grill it, I fried it on the stove. My better half raved about it which is difficult task.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2014
Well...this is the first recipe that I did not like on here. I was so excited to try it too. I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken was very dry and had no flavor. I had to dip the chicken into the extra sauce to have some taste. Don't get me wrong the sauce wasn't bad but I wouldn't make it again. Everything else I put in the slow cooker comes out great and juicy... I'm not sure what went wrong. There are plenty of other recipes to chose from. Win some lose some.

Blueberry Buckle

Very good and easy to make!!! I love the topping but next time I will add a little brown sugar and maybe find a way to slip some cream cheese in.

Lemon-Garlic Rainbow Chard

Reviewed: May 15, 2014
I honestly thought that I would not like this recipe but I clearly was wrong. We get local greens and veggies shipped to us every week which is making me try new things. I have never had rainbow chard or the other veggies I added to the recipe (garlic scrapes and kohlrabi). I also had radish left over from the previous weeks delivery and threw a bit of that in there. I did top it off with some feta cheese! The recipe was easy to make and it went over very well with everyone. I will definitely make this again.

Spicy Creamy Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2014
Loved it! It was hot and spicy but the mascarpone gave it a wonderful creamy feel. I added hot Italian sausage and used crushed red pepper instead of the chile pepper. The left over sauce is in the freezer and I can't wait to have it again. The recipe is easy and delicious!

Meatball Nirvana

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2014
This was the first time I made meatballs. I was scared that they would be dry but I was wrong! This recipe was delicious. I made meatball subs with it and used a bolognese sauce to top it off and melted provolone cheese on top. I was going to freeze the left overs but it was so good we polished them off before they hit the freezer.
