Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2006
WOW!! This deserves a 5 star plus!!! The salmon was absolutely fantastic! My father went fishing in Lake Michigan and so we had a lot of salmon to eat. We were going to try several recipes but never got past this one! I am not really a fan of spicy things but the amount of pepper in this is just right. We had it for dinner 2 times in one week and everyone went back for seconds! Highly recommended!!!

Surprise Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2006
For me, the biggest surprise here is all the 5 stars this recipe has received. I thought these were way too sweet and very soggy. Almost inedible. We ended up eating cereal for dinner.

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2006
These eggs are truely amazing! I thought I knew how to make scrambled eggs (using milk) but these are fabulous! Moist, fluffy and delicious! I used Hellman's and followed the recipe exactly. Make sure to cook over LOW heat. Definitely a keeper!!!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2006
I read some of the reviews before making this so I sped up the process by precooking the potatoes in the microwave first. I also removed the foil for the last fifteen minutes and the potatoes were a beautiful golden brown. Besides being a little too watery, I thought the taste was pretty good. My husband, however, thought they were just OK, too runny and bland. I had leftovers the next day for lunch and I thought they were even better than the previous day. Perhaps the trick is to let them sit for a while before serving to see if they will thicken.

Caesar Salad Croutons

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2006
I thought these were too greasy and too much work for the reward. For now, we will keep buying croutons at the grocery store.

Easy and Fast Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2006
I must say this was excellent! I followed the recipe exactly and was a bit concerned that the cajun seasoning would be too much spice but it was great! I think I'll even add a little more next time. My picky husband even asked to have it again this week!

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2006
Great recipe, very easy to make. I did not have any bacon so I substituted turkey bacon and could not tell the difference. It really did taste like Outback and even my husband loved it!

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2006
I really enjoyed this recipe but my husband said that it was missing something. Even though I used frozen vegetables as some other reviewers had suggested, they still tasted very fresh. Also, the ginger was not overwhelming like most stir frys.
