Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake

Extremely yummy and so very easy to make! My hubby LOVED it, and he is very picky about these kind of recipes.

Baked Spinach

Yummy and easy to make. Next time will add onions. Will also mix the flour, milk, and spinach, then top with bread crumbs and cheese. Substituting feta sounds like a great idea to me. My school aged kids wouldn't touch it, but that meant more for me, hubby and our 2 year old (who LOVED it).

Easy Yummy Chinese Chicken Salad

Yummy salad, although the dressing was a little more oily than I like. The second time I made this salad, I cut the oil in half, and increased the rice vinegar to 3/8 cup and increased the soy sauce to 1/4 cup (used light soy sauce). Liked it much better the second time. Also added water chestnuts. I slivered a can of sliced water chestnuts. Liked the addition to the salad. Will be making this salad often!
