Baked Oatmeal II

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2005
This is a great recipe ,especially if you eat oatmeal almost every morning. Leftovers reheat well the next day. I used olive oil instead butter, a little maple syrup instead of the sugar, and frozen blueberries. It came out sort of cakey with a nice crust, and not crumbly at all...& yummy! Thanks for the recipe.
