California Roll Salad

Potato Cheese Soup

Wow wow wow!!! I thought i'd found the perfect potato soup but i like this one even more!! I used emmenthaler cheese (just like swiss) and i served it with chopped canadian bacon pieces and chopped green onion... yum!!!

Banana Custard Scrunch

We loved this. It was a nice, light dessert. My husband loves banana desserts really enjoyed it. I put a bit too much of the oats on the bottom of his, i think light layers are key. But overall it was fabulous. Thank you for the recipe!

This was very quick, easy, and tastey!! The only thing I would note is to heat it so the cheese melts well or use slices instead. We kept dropping bits of cheese! Very good though! It's a keeper!

Gorgonzola Salad

Holy cow is this good. I let the dressing sit in the fridge overnight. I also put a few sundried tomatoes on top (not packed in oil... these were from a farmers market). This has a wonderful flavor!

Light & Tasty Chicken Stroganoff

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Great flavor, tender chicken, wonderful aroma. My husband had no idea that it was "light". You've got to make this recipe. THe only thing i did differently is I forgot fresh mushrooms.. so i used a can of mushrooms. Great recipe!

Philly Steak Sandwich

The seasonned meat is fantastic. I used sandwich cut sirloin. I will definately make this again, but next time I will not use swiss cheese. I think i might use either provalone or maybe a colby-jack.

This recipe wasn't bad, but I don't think i'd make it again. If i did make it, I would use shredded cheese instead of processed. Neither my husband nor I liked this very much.
