this was absolutely delish, I was initially worred because the sauce appeared to be too thick at first, but it eventually settled, i followed this recipe pretty much exact, i changed the pastas a bit, i used the rigatoni/rotini, and catapi rather than macaroni, it all filled out nicely, great great recipe
