Used the recipe as-is, without the raisins. Every other bread I have made like this has turned out dry. NOT THIS ONE! You can't go wrong with this recipe! So moist! I took it to the office the next morning and my friend told me it was the best banana bread that she ever had.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

This is probably the BEST soup I've ever made. I did make one slight change. Instead of the can of whole tomatoes, I used a can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Great recipe! The top cracked for me too, but the sour cream topping disguises it perfectly. Everyone loves it. The only faults I find are that the recipe should give you the total number of wafer cookies estimated (about 21 Oreos for me) and it should give a recipe for the chocolate drizzle on top. I made up my own, and it looks much better with the chocolate drizzle.
